T*Shirt were an indie rock band circa 1995-97 in Lawrence, Kansas. ‘The Convincer’ collected the band’s recordings that were not on their ‘What’s Wrong With You Is Wrong All The Way Through You’ CD (also on Silver Girl). With nods to Galaxie 500, Pavement, Superchunk, the band’s languid pop songs distill much of what was happening in indie rock in the 90s. Produced in part by Small Factory’s Alex Kemp and Phoebe Summersquash.
